I've lived in Africa almost ten years, but I'm American, so I think my tea pots tend to reflect both influences.
I don't know why I love tea pots. It's coffee I love to drink. Anyway, it's been a goal for a long time to make some tea pots, and thanks to my friend and mentor who recently spent 3 days with me, Now I can :)

I like throwing the pots on the wheel , then adding little sculptured touches. I actually don't like making spouts, and especially don't like making lids fit, but it's worth the effort, and hopefully will get easier as time goes by.
